Frankie Abbruzzino is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Business Management and a former veteran, serving in the Navy. While working as a Regional Manager with Verizon, he was on a cold call to a company that managed the medical billing for ambulance services. After meeting with the owner and discovering the success of owning a medical billing company, he decided to research starting up his own company. That was in 2000 and Frank has never looked back.
Frank signed up his first client, who had just purchased a chiropractor business, within two months of starting Telfonix. That small business has turned into a multi-million-dollar operation with offices throughout Florida. A business that continues to utilize Telfonix Medical Consulting, LLC for all their medical billing needs.
Frankie has become an expert in chiropractic and physical therapy billing, after working in each specialty for almost 25 years (7.23.24). During the past 25 years, Frank has become an expert in Neurologist and pain management billing, with a few of his chiropractors having in-house specialty doctors. He has billed for other specialties throughout the year and is knowledgeable in billing for Gynecologist, Primary Care Practices, and MRI centers.
Telfonix Medical Consulting, LLC is a family-owned business, with Frank’s two daughters (Isabella and Francesca) managing operations for several years.
